Jarrod Richardson has been a life long resident of Perry County Tennessee and quite partial to the Middle & West Tennessee areas. He also has an Associates Degree in Marketing from Columbia State and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bethel University. His wife is a local schoolteacher and his 4 children are all active in church, school activities & sports. Jarrod is very active in several different organizations and takes great pride in being a part of this community. Just to name a few of these he & his children are involved in are the 4-H, Shooting Sports, FFA, & Dixie Youth baseball.
Hunting in this region is a great way to spend your seasons. This region offers great hunting opportunities for all types. Jarrod believes there is nothing like a good day in the duck blind with friends or a quiet morning in the deer stand to enjoy nature's beauty. When hunting seasons are not open, the Buffalo River is a wonderful place to relax on, do some great small mouth bass, fishing or canoeing.
Being raised in the real estate business in this area gives Jarrod extensive knowledge of properties and procedures. His goal has always been to provide the service to the best of his ability and to stay on top of market trends & technology. He will be happy to serve you whether you are looking to buy a home or land, or you have decided to sell your property. He has the ability to sell your property whether it be by traditional sales or by the auction method.
Jarrod has been licensed in real estate since 1996 and has been an auctioneer since 2007. He started in the auction business parking cars, carrying out boxes, & finally worked his way up to ring man. After seeing his company’s necessity for another auctioneer, he went to Nashville Auction School for training and graduated auction school in February 2007.
David C. Richardson is a broker with United Country Richardson & Associates Real Estate, Inc. In 1971, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University in Business Administration.
In January of 1972 he became a schoolteacher in the Perry County school system. Eventually he was promoted to the girls’ basketball coach and later to principal of a small elementary school.
He received his real estate license in 1973 and opened his own office with United Farm Agency in 1979. Since 1973, he has been actively listing, selling, and auctioning real estate in Perry, Decatur, Hickman, Lewis and Wayne County areas.
Living and working in the town of Linden, David has worked traditional real estate sales, real estate and personal property auctions, property management, and licensed appraisals.
When David is not at work, he enjoys his dogs Dixie and Rosie, boating and fishing on the Tennessee River, riding ATVs, and most of all showing off his antique and classic cars.
Besides his hobbies, David is very involved in the community. David is a member of the Perry County Shrine Club and on the Board of Directors with the Bank of Perry County.
David sold the company to his son Jarrod Richardson and is semi-retired, but will be more than happy to assist new customers and returning customers in their quest to sell or purchase real estate.
