I am the owner of David Richardson and Associates Real Estate Inc. Since 1973, I have been actively listing, selling and auctioning real estate in the Perry, Decatur, Hickman and Lewis county area. In 1971 I recieved a B.S. Degree from Austin Peay State University in Business Administration. I became a Tennessee State Licenced Real Estate Broker in 1977 and a Tennessee State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in 1994. My company is a small full service company, in the small town of Linden with customer service being our number one priority. Our family moved to this area in 1814 and later established the first Real Estate Company in Perry County. I am the 5th generation of my family to live and work in Perry County. I have been around the Real Estate business my entire life and received my Affiliate Broker license in 1996 and my Broker license in 2001. I am also an auctioneer, have an associates degree in marketing and a B.S. in organizational management. I am very proud to be apart of a family business and to live in such a great county. I am the current Office Manager for United Country Richardson Real Estate and have been for the past two years. I joined my husband and son in the real estate office after my retirement from working as a nurse practitioner.
